Term of Service

This Terms of Service (ToS) applies to all users ("you" or "customer" or "client", whether or not capitalized) of IMG.PINK or any IMG.PINK affiliate upon subscription to the services of IMG.PINK or any IMG.PINK affiliate ("Services"), including subscription through a third party or any commercial partner.

Prohibited Content

  • Porn
  • Copyrighted images which you don't own
  • Violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
  • Images that may be considered illegal

    • Do not upload if you are not sure whether your image is allowed. All uploaded images will be checked by us and images that violate our ToS will be removed without prior notification.
